All payments for courses and programmes on rewire.school are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service.
We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, including but not limited to currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.
As a user of the Platform and a participant in our courses, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. You shall not:

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
The Platform and all Course Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email.
