Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to You

At rewire.school (operated by Epic Loop Solutions LLP), we are committed to delivering high-quality, role-specific AI training that genuinely transforms your career. We want every student to be fully satisfied with their learning experience.

We understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit. This policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel your enrolment. We have designed this policy to be fair, transparent, and student-friendly.

100% Refund After First Session

Conditions:

• You must have attended the first session of the course.
• Your refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the completion of the first session.
• The refund will be processed for the full course fee paid.

Before the Course Starts

If you wish to cancel your enrolment before the course begins, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee. No questions asked, no deductions.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled start date of the course.
• The full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

After the First Session

No refunds will be issued after the first session. Once you have attended beyond the first session, we consider your enrolment confirmed and active.

This is because:

• Course materials, resources, and recordings have been made available to you.
• Access to live sessions, mentor support, and community channels has been provided.
• Your seat in the cohort has been reserved, potentially turning away other students.

We encourage all students to use the first-session guarantee (Section 02) to evaluate the course before continuing.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, send an email to hello@rewire.school with the following details:

• Your full name as used during registration
• Registered email address associated with your enrolment
• Course name for which you are requesting the refund
• Reason for the refund (optional for first-session guarantee requests, but appreciated)

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process it according to this policy.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• All refunds are processed securely via Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Transfer to a Future Cohort

We understand that life happens. If you are unable to continue with your current cohort but still want to complete the course, we offer a one-time transfer to a future cohort of the same course.

• Transfer requests must be submitted to hello@rewire.school.
• Transfers are subject to availability in the future cohort.
• Each student is eligible for one transfer only.
• No additional fees will be charged for the transfer, provided the course fee has not changed. If the course fee has increased, you may need to pay the difference.
