At rewire.school (operated by Epic Loop Solutions LLP), we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We've written it in plain English because we believe you shouldn't need a law degree to understand how your data is handled.
01

Payment Processing
All payments on rewire.school are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you make a payment:
- Your card details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure interface — they never pass through our servers.
- We only receive a transaction confirmation, your name, email, and the amount paid.
- We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.
Razorpay's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
04
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period. We only share your data in these limited situations:
- Payment processing: With Razorpay to process your course payments.
- Advertising: We use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. This may share limited browsing data with Meta.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you beforehand.
05
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform working and to understand how people use it:
- Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function — login sessions, preferences, and security.
- Analytics: We use basic analytics tools to track page views, popular courses, and user flow. This helps us improve the platform.
- Meta Pixel: We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement and retargeting. This allows us to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site and to measure how effective those ads are.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect some features of the platform.
06
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. This includes:
- HTTPS encryption across the entire platform.
- Secure, access-controlled databases.
- Regular reviews of our data handling practices.
No system is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you promptly.
07
